The Historic 400th Anniversary -- PRAY For It Today!

Please pray for the 33^rd Annual Dean Burgon Society conference. We will meet the last week of July in the borough of Collingswood at the historic Bible Presbyterian Church. The theme of this year's conference is: Rejoicing in the 400th Anniversary of Our King James Bible. This might prove to be one of the most exciting conferences of the year. Please make plans now to attend this historic meeting. If your time is limited you are encouraged to attend any sessions of your choice.  If you are home-bound you can join us via live internet STREAMING.

The historic 400^th anniversary observance begins in just seven weeks. The great Enemy of the Scriptures, the Accuser of the brethren, wants this conference to fail--PRAY TO THE CONTRARY! The Dean Burgon Society stands with you "in defense of traditional Bible Texts." Among other objectives, the Society encourages the accurate translation of the Scriptures into all the known languages of the world by using the traditional preserved Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek Words that underlie our King James Bible.

The Bible For Today Baptist Church INVITES YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO ATTEND THIS HISTORIC CONFERENCE. Please inform all the believers you know within a reasonable distance from the greater Philadelphia area to come and rejoice with us on Wednesday and Thursday, July 27-28, 2011.  We hope to see you there, too!

During the Executive Committee Meeting, there will be a special treat planned for all women on Wednesday morning beginning at 10:00 a.m. with a "ladies only" meeting lasting until noon.  Please inform all the women you know to make plans to attend this exclusive event.  Patricia Williams (from Georgia) will be discussing "The History of the King James Bible" while Joy Wallnofer (from Maryland) will focus her talk on "The Geneva Bible."  Clelia Almeida (from Brazil) will give her testimony, and Tamara Waite (from Collingswood, New Jersey) will share some excellent devotional thoughts.

There will be two ninety-minute breaks each day -- one for LUNCH (noon to 1:30 p.m.) and one for SUPPER (5:30 to 7:00 p.m.).

It would be great to see you in Collingswood next month for the 400^th anniversary of the King James Bible.  Please pre-register (at no charge) so we can plan meals. To date, individuals from twenty-one states representing over forty-six churches have made plans to be in attendance.
